Beginning Friday March 27th, in in accordance with the Orange County guidelines regarding the corona virus, our office staff will be working remotely until April 10th, or until the county order is lifted. Maintenance and landscaping will be working, but they are not allowed contact with the residents.
If you make your payments at the office, you may put it through the mail slot at the office. HOA fees will still be due on April 1st. Anything else you need you may email the property manager at chynnajustine@hotmail.com, or you may call or text 407 924-2945.
The pools will also be closed until April 10th as part of the county order. All non-essential work orders and requests will be put on hold until the order is lifted. We ask for everyone’s cooperation regarding trash disposal, noise levels, etc. as we operate with limited staff and limited capabilities. Pest control will not be on site until the order is lifted.
