Attention Residents Buildings 41 and 42
Beginning the week of February 5th there will be contractors working on the roof for Buildings 41 and 42. This project will take approximately 2 weeks to replace the roof, gutters, downspouts, shingles, flashing, and installing hurricane stands for the AC units on the roof. The contractors will be working 7 days a week so they can be done as quickly as possible. Please use caution when walking in this area during the construction. We will make a post once the building is completed so that units that have had drywall and insulation removed due to leak damage can call and schedule interior repairs.
